This line allows to produce all types of short-cut pasta, except traditional long-cut pasta such as spaghetti(vermicelli, noodles, wavy noodles). Line speed of finished long-cut production is up to **0 kg/hr, and **0 kg/hr for short-cut pasta. The line is distinguished by easy servicing, performance reliability, and compactness in placing of equipment. Main production equipment can be placed in the area of ******0 m².Quality of pasta doesn’t yield to pasta made on equipment of the world best producers. There are developed new universal drying chambers. High vacuum at mixing allow to create products of unique appearance and quality. The special head to press allows to press after minor retrofit work except for long-cut macaroni (spaghetti, noodles, noodles with a fringe, tubule) all kinds short-cut macaroni.
